The floorplans range from 2,350 to 3,725 square feet and are priced from $2,995,000 to $4,495,000. Construction will commence in autumn of 2024 and complete in 2025. Azura residences are available for purchase by Bermudians, Work Permit Holders, and International Buyers.

All residences in Azura’s final phase include the ability to apply for full time residency under Bermuda’s EIRC program.
